Earlier this month, UBCM printed an report advising the federal Treasury Board of copyright (employer) along with the National Police Federation, the union representing RCMP associates down below the rank of Inspector and Reservists, had signed the secondRCMP collective agreement. This collective settlement would not implement to Commissioned Officers (rank of Inspector and previously mentioned).
